SW POWERuser next week. We have people flying from all over NA for adv. training at Mind's Eye, still have a few seats left, gonna be great.

Remember the real ROI on this type of event is in the networking opportunites when you can contrast and compare how you do things with someone else who been there and done that!

I know that this is an old post, but I have some new experience with Shopworks that I want to share. We have had some really difficult issues with Shopworks and we're not happy. We spent $20,000 on Onsite 8.3 and after 3 weeks we knew that it wasn't going to work for us. We contacted Jay, the CEO and owner of the company and asked for a refund and to send the software back. He declined. But he continued to tell us that he wasn't in the business of hurting other businesses or having unhappy customers in the market. But Shopworks is hurting our business and we are unhappy. We've been documenting our real world experience using the software and sharing it here: http://www.shopworks-software-review.com our only hope is that we can help to educate others on how to avoid making similar mistakes that we have. We can't understand why any company would not accept a refund after a 3 week time frame of using their product and knowing that it's not for us. Our current opinion and classification of Shopworks for anyone that is considering it is ... Buyer beware. Other alternatives that you might want to consider are www.Printavo.com or www.Stokkup.com. Both are great and expanding in capabilities. Good luck on your search for screen printing shop management software.
