  • Static electricity

Does anyone have any idea how to remove the static electricity from a sprint dryer. We are having problem with plastisol transfer
sheets moving around on the belt and sticking together.

I don't know if you can stop the static electricity. It happens a lot when the humidity is low. Printers have used Christmas tinsel to discharge static electricity, but I don't know if that would work. Buy a bag of washers and put one on each corner to weigh down the sheets.

Are you sure it's static? I used to have trouble with transfers dancing around because of the air flow from the blower and exhaust fans. If you cant turn off the fans then weights are the best answer. Pennies, washers, binder clips, etc.
