  • Sportsman issue with lift cylinders

    Item #2009304

Air Cylinders, Rod Type, Standard NFPA, 3/4-16 UNC Rod Thread, Double Acting Model, 4" Bore, 2" Stroke, Both Ends Cushion

One of my lift cylinders exhales a lot of air through the top fitting above where the airline enters, then drops down hard. Daily, we remove the airlines and drain and clean this out as good as possible without removing the entire part. Fine tuning with the air adjustment screws helps, but the problem returns. Are there any suggestions as to what is causing this, and aside from replacing the part, what could be done to fix this issue?
